In 2008, Tatweer Holding Company was established to take over the tasks of the stalled Chinese projects in the Ministry of Education. His Excellency balanced the scales and lifted the heavy burden from the Ministry of Education by assigning Tatweer Holding Company the operational tasks to raise the quality of the educational environment through its subsidiaries, which were entrusted with those responsibilities to be a fundamental partner in achieving Vision.

Under its umbrella are four giant companies that work diligently to make the educational process a success with the highest standards, namely – Development of Educational Services – Development of Educational Transportation – Development of Buildings – Development of Educational Technologies. Behind this success is an army of Saudi arms with the efficiency and ambition to reach the sky. It is worth noting that it is a government company owned by the Public Investment Fund and then became a state-owned company by a decision issued by the Council of Ministers on November 15, 2022.
